What Does “Self-Hosted” Mean?
“Self-hosted” implies that the software is running on your server rather than on our servers. Regardless of whether it is hosted on your cloud service (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or your on-premises hardware, you retain full control over the following:
- Where the data is hosted
- Who has access to it
- How it is backed up
- When it is updated
Unlike the SaaS HR software solution, the data never enters our servers. We neither host it nor see it.
