Since Managetrix is a self-hosted software license with a one-time payment, our refund policy is very simple.

2. One-Time Payment, Lifetime Access

Managetrix runs on a one-time payment plan. When you buy a license for Managetrix:

You make a single payment: no monthly payments, no user-based payments
You have access for life to the licensed version of the software
The software belongs to you and is hosted on your server
There are no recurring payments involved

This licensing approach is not typical for subscription-based software.

3. When Are You Eligible for a Refund?

We guarantee a refund within seven days of the purchase date, provided the following terms are met:

4. How to Request a Refund

In case you feel you are entitled to get a refund, then do as follows:

5. When Refunds Are Not Available

A refund will not be granted under the following situations:

8. Chargeback Policy

If you attempt a chargeback with your bank or payment processor before getting in touch with us, then we may be entitled to:

Suspend or cancel your software license agreement
Prevent you from purchasing our software again
Contest your chargeback using evidence
